WR Grace & Co has announced the acquisition of Chemind Construction Products, a privately held speciality manufacturer and distributor of waterproofing coatings technologies and materials for the design and construction industry. Chemind is headquartered and conducts R&D and manufacturing operations in Brisbane, Australia.
